Our Vision

Just as Pricilla and Aquila were encouragers, teachers, and servants to the Body of Christ (all for the glory of God!), Don and Laura see themselves in a similar ministry to the church in East Africa. We believe the church in Kenya is on fire by the Holy Spirit, and now, because of their humble and faithful obedience, has been marked by God for an even greater challenge. We believe the Body of Christ in Kenya will be a significant leader in transforming communities locally, nationally and internationally to an even greater extent than we can imagine!

"No eye has seen, no ear has heard, no mind has conceived what God has prepared for those who love him"

1 Corinthians 2:9

Great and wonderful things are in store but also, with every move of the Spirit come attacks from the enemy. Along side great victories will be times of discouragement, hopelessness, and even despair. That is where the rest of us come into this part of God?s plan! We believe God is raising up Christians around the world to be prayers, encouragers, senders, and "goers" to help the church in Kenya fulfill their next assignment from God, as together we "finish the task" or fulfill the Great Commission. We Christians are all interconnected and part of the same Body through Christ?s love and grace and because of such, we are to remember and encourage each other in our victories and sufferings (Heb. 13:3). Don, Laura, Zack, and Drew may be to ones actually going to Kenya, but we are just a small part of a much bigger movement of the Holy Spirit and need your help. Please join us in this wonderful mission to encourage and serve the Kenyan church as they endeavor to reach the world for Christ!

"Be strong and courageous. Do not be terrified; do not be discouraged, for the LORD your God will be with you wherever you go."
Joshua 1:9

Our Beliefs

We believe in God the Father, Jesus Christ His Son, and the Holy Spirit.

We believe in the reality of sin that separated us from the Triune God and from our neighbors.

However, through the life, death, and resurrection of Jesus Christ, the Triune God who is full of grace, has granted salvation through faith in Jesus Christ.

We believe Jesus Christ is the Son of God and the Savior of the world.

The Holy Spirit is God present and active in the world to bring about God's plan of salvation, restoration, and completion.

The Holy Scriptures, the Old and New Testaments, reveal God's plan.

We believe in the resurrection of the body and everlasting life under the eternal reign of God.

We believe that the church community is the body of Christ, where Jesus Christ is worshipped and praised, the Word of God is preached, and the Sacraments are administered.

We believe the church community serves to build and strengthen its people so that we may grow in maturity (sanctification), and to send out its people as instruments of God?s plan.
